Season Analysis:
A tough first week was all the tougher when the team lost #2 overall pick David Johnson for the year. The Rum Ham collected themselves admirably through a 2-5 start before becoming a stealthy force in the season's final third- no one wanted to see the Rum Ham by November, and the pieces were there for a Cinderella run. But what developed into a deep roster lacked in top end talent, and in weeks 11 & 12 they left a couple of wins on the bench. The team had three games decided by less than one point, winning one (on reversal!) over South Park, but dropping pivotal matchups with Toronto and Pawnee. If the ball had bounced a different way, we might have seen the team squeeze into the playoffs. Instead, they ended up in the consolation bracket, where they bottomed out entirely and plummeted down the draft board.
