HILL VALLEY RECEIVES:
- TE Kyle Rudolph
OAKWOOD RECEIVES:
- WR Robert Woods
Kyle Rudolph is on the move again, logging one career catch for one career yard and one career touchdown in the Driver's classic red and white striped uniforms. A quality TE2, he's a solid matchup play that should pair well with Eric Ebron in the McFly's stretch run; In a pinch, both players are adequate enough to start in a jumbo package together, though Hill Valley's WR depth offer them plenty of flex alternatives. The team is still two roster spots short of a full lineup, with six players on bye: LeSean McCoy, Amari Cooper, Theo Riddick, Golden Tate, Ebron, and Mike Gillislee, so expect them to be active on the trade market right up to the deadline. (Also expect that because they are the McFlys.)
Robert Woods joins his fourth team on the season, drafted by Saskatoon, a cup of coffee in Pawnee, two stints with Hill Valley and now the Drivers. His production (and health) have been up and down over the course of the year, but his path to targets is clear and he is coming off his finest game as a pro. After the bye, Oakwood will lean on him to showcase himself as feature weapon in their offense, as they look to scratch, bite, and claw their way into the Consolation bracket. Big risk, big reward, the Drivers have nothing to lose, and plenty of TE depth to play in Tyler Eifert and Jason Witten.
