There's a pre-draft buzz in the air!The Oakwood Drivers (21-44 .323%) have been a part of the Larkspur Football league since 2013, donning red & white jerseys and green & gold jerseys but never tasting the playoffs. And they never will. The team has announced on the eve of the 2018 season that Oakwood's era of futility has ended, and they'll be taking their talents to Brewtang, parts unknown. The Killa Beez will be the franchise's new moniker, and their reign starts tomorrow with the 5th pick in the Larkspur Bowl X draft.
In other news, MOTION A (Draft Pick Selection) has passed, pending flip flop, with eight votes. MOTION C ($20 buy-in) is deadlocked at 6-6, with two abstaining from gambling. MOTIONS B & D (Keeper Auction and Expansion) have both been defeated on the senate floor, making the late Senator John McCain proud.
