Binghamton defeats Mar-A-Lago

For the third time this season a team has come back from defeat to be awarded the W on Thursday morning. This time it is the Binghamton Snipers surging up to 4-4 and back into the thick of the playoff race; on the flip side, the Mar-A-Lago Grabbers drop to 2-6. Their sixth straight defeat sinks them into sole possession of last place, and is likely the death knell on their already dim chances of contention, which would mean a seventh straight year out of the dance.

This time is was a retraction that turned the tide, a TFL by Kendall Fuller wiped off the slate to upend the already skinny margin. Dee Ford was credited with an assist on the play, but it was not enough to keep the Snipers from solidifying the victory. We're up to nine teams at .500% or better, with only room for six to move on to the playoffs. Meanwhile, the Grabbers will need to make up ground to reach the consolation brackets- they're a game back of the field, with the bottom two teams seeing their seasons end after week thirteen.
