Prior to week one, Carmel and Phoenix linked up for a deal:

While both players have shown flashes of playmaking ability, neither has been able to establish themselves as a bankable asset, and each has joined a new team. Parker, a former first round pick, is 30 now, while Hardman, a former second round pick, is 25. 

In week one Parker was inactive with an injury, while Hardman was active but accrued zero points. It's possible this goes down as one of the least important trades in Larkspur Bowl history.
